Return Policy

We want to be sure that our customers are 100% satisfied. We offer refund on these conditions:

1. Customer has to contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and obtain an RMA number. NO REFUND will be accepted if customer does not request an RMA number within 7 days.
2. Product has to be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving them. All parts must be returned in their original packaging and condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors.
3. Customer pays for return shipping.
4. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For "FREE Shipping" or "Shipping Included" orders, we will charge a flat rate up to $25 as original shipping cost for sinks, combos, faucets/showers or accessories. We will charge carrier invoice amount for any vanity.
5. To keep our prices low, we charge a 15% fee or $20 for all returns, whichever is greater.
6. Item has to be in original condition. Based upon inspection, if item is somehow damaged due to misuse or installation error, we will charge you a higher restocking fee, up to 50%, depending on how badly the product was damaged. If the damage is too obvious and the item is declared as non sellable anymore, we will reject the return and send it back to you.
7. Percentage is calculated from the price of the products being returned, excluding shipping charge.
   Please note however, that some promotional items may not be refundable. We will clearly state if a product is non refundable in the description.
