How may I contact My Home Tomorrow?
We provide a contact us link in our website, simply fill
out the form and a representative will get back to you in
48 hours. If you prefer, you can also email us at sales@myhometomorrow.com,
or call us at (323) 998-9106. For security purposes, we
do not post our address on the website.
What are your Shipping Policies and
Rates?
Our shipping policies are as follows:
We ship using FedEx ground and USPS Priority mail, and all
of our shipments are insured.
If you would like to use a different carrier, please contact
us for a specific quote.
At this time, we only ship to U.S. street address, we do
not ship to P.O. Boxes.
For International shipment, please contact us before purchasing
to get a quote on shipping.
Shipping charges, including insurance, within the U.S. are

How soon will I get my order?
Orders are normally shipped within 72 hours during normal
business days. Depending on the type of shipment, you should
receive your order within 3-9 business days. We will also
give you a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business
days, please contact us.

My order was delivered broken, what
do I do?
1. Take a picture of the damage done to your order and to
the packaging. We need these pictures to file a claim with
our shipping carrier.
2. If you order a non-vanity product, contact us and send this pictures in within 5
. If you order a bathroom vanity, you must not sign the release form given by the carrier upon delivery. Once you have signed the release form, they will no longer be responsible to your shipment and we will not be able to accept your claim. Simply put a note on the release form and describle the damaged part(s) and deline to sign the release form then contact us within 24hrs. We will file the claim against the carrier for you.
3. We will send you a replacement within 48 hours after claim (by carrier or by us) is approved. In the event that we do not have a replacement
in stock, we will give you the option of waiting for new
stocks to arrive, a store credit for the full amount, or
a full refund issued back to you.
How
to do exchange?
If you do not like the item after you have received the
package, please contact us at (888) 674-3254 within 7 days.
Please have your order information and contaction information
ready. Return shipment charge, outbound shipment charge
and 10% of handling fee on returning item will be applied
to your balance.

What are the payment methods?
We accept secure credit card payments through Paypal. If
you would like to pay by check, please contact us for our
payment address. Please note that personal/ company check
requires 3-5 days processing time.
What are the applicable sales taxes?
We charges 9.75% sales tax on orders (excluding shipping)
shipped to California residents. Residency will be determined
by your shipping address.
What are your warranty policies?
We offer one year manufacturer’s defect warranty on
all of our products. We do not however, cover against normal
tear and wear due to usage. Warranty term is calculated
from the day of delivery, and we charge additional shipping
charge when sending out the replacement. In order to a file
warranty claim with us, you need to have proof that the
item was purchased at My Home Tomorrow, be that a copy of
the Paypal receipt, or the original packaging.
Do
you ship orders to Canada?
Yes, we do ship orders to Canada. However, we will only
take your order on the phone and additional shipping and
handling charges may apply. Shipping orders to Canada is
considered as international trade. As a result, we will
need additional information from you for Canadian custom
